Nothing of what you will read on this website will prepare your for the enthrallment of reading this book. Although written in an almost detached matter-of-fact manner, it is nonetheless so richly edifying, almost stupefying in the way it peels away layers and layers of a people rich in culture, social stratification, inclusivity, democracy, medical and dietary competence …. the list is simply endless.

Quite simply, it is a must buy!
